The National Centre for Tactile Diagrams is only able to offer
its range of services thanks to generous support from a variety
of individuals and organisations.

Unfortunately we are not able to produce affordable services
for everyone who approaches us for help. There is a serious need
to seek funding so that the centre can continue its good and very
much needed work. If you would like to make a donation to the
Centre, or would like to volunteer to help in any way, please
get in contact.
The National Centre for Tactile Diagrams was established in
1999 with the support of the Higher Education Funding Councils
of England,
Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The Centre received further
support in 2000 from the HEFCE Higher Education Reach-out to
Business
and the Community fund (in partnership with the DTI, DFES and
DHFETE) in collaboration with the University of York.
In 2001 a generous donation from the Kirby Laing Foundation enabled
us to increase the services we offer.
We would also like to thank the University of Hertfordshire Development
Committee, and the Development Manager Brian McLure for their
support and fund raising efforts.
