There is a simple ways to place an order for the design of a
new tactile graphic.
1) Send us your request
Get in touch with us using any of the methods below stating the
following information:
- Your Name
- The information you require
- Who will be using the graphic
- Any special requirements of the image (labelling, production
method)
- Any important information which should be conveyed
Please choose your images carefully, and if in doubt follow the
NCTD selection guidelines. If you
already have a print graphic (digital or hard copy) you would
like us to work from you can send it along with your request.
If the image is from the NCTD
catalogue please state the name and number of the image.
2) Sending a Quote
Once we have all of the information we need, a quote for the
work will be developed. You will be told how much the work will
cost to produce, as well as how long it will take before you receive
it. We are usually able to develop a quote within one week, and
it typically takes less even less time.
3) Accepting the Quote
If you are happy with the quote which you have been sent, you
need to tell us to proceed with the work. Once we hear that you
have accepted the quote the project becomes active and will be
allocated to a designer. If you are not happy with the quote please
tell us, and we will be happy to discuss all of the further options
available to you.
4) Receiving the Tactile Graphics
When the work is complete your chosen graphics are packaged up
and sent out first class. Included in with the graphics will be
a feedback form so that you can comment on any aspect of our service.
A letter included will also confirm the final amount, and an invoice
for that amount will follow shortly afterwards.
