A meeting of the Commission will be held before the start of the Second International Conference on Tactile Diagrams Maps and Pictures at the University of Hertfordshire, UK. The meeting will take place on the morning of Wednesday 19th June from 10 am until around 1 pm shortly before the conference starts. All Commission Members and others interested in the work of the Commission are welcome to attend.
The main business of the meeting is to receive reports of activity in different member countries from national representatives and to prepare for the Commission Report for the ICA General Assembly in 2003. The meeting will also agree a Deputy Chairman for the Commission.
