Traditional tactile graphics have been difficult to make, difficult to read and usually require Braille literacy. Tactile Audio Graphics are easy to make, do not require Braille literacy and can be used and enjoyed by blind children (ages from 5 upwards) and recently blind adults. Tactile Audio Graphics (Tagraphics) can be used as teaching tools for Braille learning, also for low vision and (sighted) special needs education. Tactile Audio Graphics can also handle complex 3 dimensional structures - literal scale models including movement. Embosser and swell paper media can be used but even non-tactile, sound structured graphics have been used successfully.
