The paper will discuss the way to communicate complex information through an
organized sequence of images. The first problem is to analyse the subject and
to select essential aspects. The second is to synthesize information and express
them through a limited number of images linked with a text; the third is to
conceive a tool which can be suitable for young students and to produce it using
a good technique. Along all these steps it is not so easy to choose each time
the best solution. In particular they have to be considered as a unique process.
